As an independent, unrestricted dental provider, we do not participate as an in-network provider with dental insurance companies. However, we welcome patients with dental insurance and are happy to submit claims on your behalf as a courtesy.
Payment is due in full at the time of service, regardless of insurance coverage.
When your insurance plan provides out-of-network benefits, any eligible reimbursement is sent directly to you by your insurance company, subject to the terms of your individual policy.
